The idea of a good glass of wine was born in our family in 1951 when Lanciotto Bianchi began cultivating his vineyards in Maremma. Today, three generations later, we continue with the same passion.
Ours is sustainable farming, respectful of nature and the territory
Our grapes are harvested by hand to preserve their quality.
As soon as the grapes arrive at the winery, they are gently pressed.
We use only selected yeasts to ensure optimal fermentation.
Pressing is carried out carefully to extract the best from the grape skins.
The ageing process allows the wine to express its full character.
Final step of the process: the wine is carefully bottled.
